Our latest gin is distilled at 40% with the use of Blenheim Palace mineral water.
Using botanicals including saffron, grain of paradise and juniper in a traditional copper still, the gin is then rested for several weeks resulting in a superbly balanced gin with notes of fragrant juniper, and saffron.
Ultra-smooth and juniper-led, the saffron notes abound through the nose and a touch of citrus from lemon peel and coriander add a brightness to the palate.
12 botanicals are sourced from both around the world as well as some locally foraged to create a truly unique gin.
